This past weekend was an outing to see what was new at the Huntington Library – the Japanese Gardens re-opened after a year of renovations. However, plans changed, and we ended up going to see Edward and Tim do the Pho Challenge… Insane amounts of food. Afterwards, we hit up the gardens. I was a little disappointed in that there were only minute changes to the Japanese Gardens from before they closed. It seemed to me that they just refurbished a bunch of the stuff and left the overall feel the exact same.
